We use a recovery focussed approach to help people work out what is important to them as they set goals that will improve their ability to positively manage their mental health and wellbeing. Putting people at the centre, support will be either time limited or flexible dependant on individual need and this will be discussed with individuals as part of their personal support and action planning.

One-to-one support takes place on an individual basis, between yourself and an allocated worker, and is designed to provide you with a safe, supportive space.
Our Meet and Eat group provides a motivational and inspirational social outlet that brings together people experiencing a range of challenges to their mental health.
Walking can have a positive effect on mood, self-esteem and confidence, and can build social connections. Our health walks are low-level, social and local.
Social and therapeutic horticulture is the process of using plants and gardens to improve physical and mental health, whilst providing an opportunity to achieve personal growth.
Our Mind and Body Programmes are delivered in professionally designed and facilitated recovery groups designed to furnish participants with a range of skills.
Adult Mental Fitness workshops are delivered by qualified, experienced staff and offer participants an opportunity to gain a basic understanding of Stress, Anxiety and Depression.
