can have a positive effect on mood, self-esteem and confidence, and can build social connections.  Our health walks are low-level, social and local walks that anyone can attend no matter what their age, or ability might be.

Whether on the “short walk” or the faster paced,

 longer distanced “Fit Walk” members can benefit from the opportunity to get out together in the fresh air engage in low level physical exercise and explore the beautiful local landscape.
