1:1 time with a support worker

provides a safe, supportive space in which to pause and reflect on the issues affecting your mental health and wellbeing and to connect with the feelings that are associated with them.

The foundation of our service is empathy and compassion.

We use a recovery focussed, approach to help you work out what is important to you as you set goals that will improve your ability to positively manage your mental health and wellbeing.

Experienced support staff assist you with practical problem solving, empowering you to recognise and recover you own skills whilst helping you to identify the tools and networks of support you need to develop these further.
